Back in 2019, we were working with a mid-sized company in Bangkok. Their finance team spent more time tracking down approvals than actually analyzing budgets. Requests got lost. Managers forgot to respond. And the annual budget cycle? That was a nightmare involving dozens of Excel files being emailed around.

So we built something simple. A system where you could see exactly where each budget request stood, who needed to approve it next, and what the history looked like. No fancy stuff at first—just clarity.

That first client cut their approval time from three weeks to five days. Word spread. More companies reached out with similar headaches. By 2021, we were working with organizations across Thailand, each bringing new challenges that made our system stronger.
